Mar 21, 2011 · So I ran a broadband speed test with several different website and they all said that my download speed is between 1900kb/s and 2000kb/s however when I actually download something my download speed never goes above 250kb/s! Is there a solution for this so that I achieve my max download rate or am I stuck? I've got a DrayTek Vigor 2800G router and run Windows 7 Cheers Jon
